Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules governing your use of the ChatToSite platform, including websites you create, deploy, and host through the Service. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, host, store, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal under the laws of Poland, the European Union, or the jurisdiction in which the content is accessed;
- Promotes or facilitates phishing, scams, or fraud;
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, or malicious code;
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, patent);
- Contains hate speech, incitement to violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, or threats toward any individual or group;
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors;
- Promotes or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism;
- Is defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false;
- Violates the privacy of others (e.g., publishing personal information without consent);
- Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other controlled substances.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through form submissions or any other mechanism;
- Attempt to mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive computations using the browser-based editor or hosted infrastructure;
- Attempt to access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, including the AI models;
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service (beyond reasonable API usage within published rate limits);
- Exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses in the Service instead of responsibly disclosing them;
- Impersonate ChatToSite, its employees, or other users;
- Use the Service to circumvent legal restrictions or sanctions;
- Create websites that impersonate other businesses, organizations, or individuals.
4. Resource Limits
Your use of the Service must remain within the limits of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that consume resources excessively or in a manner that degrades the Service for other users.
5. Enforcement
ChatToSite reserves the right to take the following actions, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated this AUP:
- Issue a warning and request remediation;
- Temporarily suspend your account or specific hosted websites;
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP;
- Permanently terminate your account;
- Report illegal content or activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
In cases involving illegal content, imminent harm, or serious security threats, we may act immediately without prior warning.
6. Content Takedown (DMCA / DSA)
If you believe that content hosted on ChatToSite infringes your intellectual property rights or violates applicable law, please contact us at hello@chattosite.com with:
- A description of the content you believe is infringing or illegal;
- The URL where the content is located;
- Your contact information;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content is infringing or illegal;
- Evidence of your rights (for copyright claims).
We will review and respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior on the Service that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to hello@chattosite.com.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
